We consider a shoot to be Commercial if its purpose is beyond a single sale, OR if the shoot requires a level of involvement (staging, arranging, lighting) beyond what our typical real estate photography involves.
At this time, we do not treat vacation rentals, Airbnb, VRBO, etc. as Commercial properties.
We don't have any! Every single Commercial shoot gets unique treatment, ensuring your shoot is a totally customized experience. Consultations and quotes are always free!
Most often, a Commercial Use License for photos and other media is for a period of 1-3 years. In that time, you can print, post, and publish to your heart's content!
Just like Commercial shoots are more involved in-camera, they require more involved editing. We aim to deliver final images within 72 hours of shoot completion.
